Cabin question

I am new to this forum and this is my first question, so if it is in the wrong area, please let me know.

Cruising with the Epic shortly, have had a cabin assigned since booking the trip (used a TA). Noticed yesterday that my cabin is now GTY - no longer previously assigned cabin (mid-ship balcony BC). TA is working on it and have total faith, but why would it change 2 weeks from sail date when we didn't book GTY? Cruise was booked 6 months ago...anyone have experience with that?

I haven't experienced that. But yesterday, I did see that the cabin I was assigned for my cruise in Jan 2017 had changed. I called my TA and they still had me in my original cabin, but could see that NCL had moved me. My TA called NCL and it was fixed. I think it could have something to do with their website problems yesterday?
