I went in December. The driver was waiting right outside the port area with a sign with my name on it.

Office staff was efficient and very nice.

The treatment was very nice.

I opted to go spend time on the beach after. Lovely! I would have really enjoyed staying longer, however, the 'beach boy' that they sent down there with me called my driver and told him I was ready to leave. I wasn't, but I went anyway.

I complained to Spa Baan Suerte which is why I know what happened. If you go you probably should set a time to be picked up and if you want to go earlier then just have them call your driver.
