Manhattan Cruise Terminal Private Transportation Arrangements?

I'm interested in terminal logistics and hoping someone might have some insight.

 

We are traveling from Canada to NJ for a pre-cruise hotel stay. We have chartered a 56 passenger bus to take us from Canada to NJ then onto the port. I'm assuming we will have little issue with our drop off. But I'm curious about pick up, what time should we arrange for the bus to pick us up? Will our bus be easy to find? Will there be adequate parking for our bus? Any other issues that I haven't thought of?

 

We are sailing the Breakaway in March if that matters.
