Laundry question re BOS?

Sorry for such a boring question but I am trying to be practical with my planned packing:confused: .Does anyone know if the laundry is included if you have a Grand Suite? I was on the Pacific Princess last year and was pleasantly surprised that laundry was complimentary as we had a suite. I wouldn't have packed half of what I did if I had known this in advance.

If its not complimentary, is it reasonable and done on the same day?

jane, we were in an OS and laundry was not included. Sure would have been nice, maybe a perk they should add!
