Obc = fcc?

Maybe someone else has a better answer, but I thought OBC was just that on-board CREDIT. It's not cash or a credit card. If you have $250 in OBC, there is just a line item of (-$250) on your end statement.

I don't think it matters what you want to use this towards. When you get your statement the last day/morning before disembarking. You will have all your charges listed, then a -250 from that total and then the net amount charged to your credit card.

So I don't see why you couldn't use it towards a future cruise as long as the cost of the future cruise is charged to your on-board account.

Can you use OBC you buy on My NCL to purchase a FCC?

A FCC is $250, with $100 of that OBC for a future cruise?

Yes, you can use any OBC to buy FCR (Freestyle Cruise Reward) - even non-refundable OBC.

FCR costs $250 and the $100 OBC is immediately credited back to your onboard account making the actual purchase cost only $150.
