His name is Ken and he is a very distinguished Irishman. You might try starting your email with a personal address to perhaps sweeten the reception of whatever you may request.

 

We found him charming and very accommodating.

Thanks for this info . . . we are sailing on the repositioning cruise and always request our favorite table about two weeks out.
