Phoning a cabin on Fantasia from outside while ship is in port

My parents are as from today on board the Fantasia, without a mobile phone. I'd very much like to phone their cabin from my landline or mobile phone from my home. Is that possible? Where can I find the information on what number to dial in order to reach the ship? I have their cabin number. Will they have to pay for any charges to receive a phone call?

I don't think that your parents would be billed anything, but if you call your local MSC office, hopefully they will know for sure.
