how to find which rate I booked under?

I know the email confirmation that you receive from carnival will have your rate listed. I didn't receive my confirmation email. When I look at my booking online I cannot find it. Is there any other way to check?

Quickest, easiest and surest way is to call Carnival, or your travel agent if you used one.

I searched deck plans that list out the category numbers and cross referenced our cabin number to the listed category for that room!

 

Turned out we were an 8D! Had no idea. Was able to confirm I was correct when I put in for a price reduction and was not approved because the rate was not for an 8D - no 8D's availble...:rolleyes:

I had to get ahold of Carnival to find ours out (someone else booked it). Just a quick email to my PVP answered the question. A phone call would be even faster.

 

I do wish they'd put it somewhere on the cruise docs or in the Manage My Booking section.

Check your spam folder. The email might be there.
