Splash Wave, Coral Breeze, Shore Excursioneer - Same Snorkelling Company?

We would like to snorkel Shark Ray Alley and Coral Gardens. I have read most of the reviews and I am wondering if Splash Wave Tours, Shore Excursioneer and Coral Breeze are the same companies? (as was mentioned in some posts). Which of these 3 would you recommend? Any feedback on Ecotours or Belize Exotic Adventures? We would like to maximize our snorkelling time and are not interested in going to Goff's Caye.

Had Caesar as a guide and this company and the experience was wonderful. Coral Gardens is the best snorkeling we have found. And we loved the shark ray encounter too. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Used Shore Excursioneer company in the past and loved their cruise guarantees. Prices were the same at the end
