Booking Shore Excursions

We are embarking upon our first cruise in late June, the Crystal Symphony "Baltic Bliss." As I am recovering from knee replacement surgery, we are interested in securing our own driver/guide for our party of four, particularly for Warmemunde/Berlin, and would like guidance in how to best locate such services online. For the three-day stay in St. Petersburg, we engaged driver/guide through travel agency, but wish to venture on our own in other ports. Any advice?

You might try Berlin Sightseeing for a day trip from Warnemunde to Berlin. We booked them for a tour this coming August when we'll be on Regatta and they've had some positive posts on this board in the past.

I too have had knee replacement surgery and still using a cane.

 

I would like advice on which shore excursions, either ship or do it yourself, most "gentle" for someone with trouble walking.
