Suggestion for Swag Bags - Ages 10-15

I am taking my brothers kids (Boys are 4, 10, 15, Girl is 13) in August to Bermuda and I am putting together swag bags for them. (The 4 year old is already done, knapsack, pirate costume, accessories, octopus/pirate pillow, beach towel etc). The older kids I have gotten knapsack/beach bag, selfie sticks, snorkel gear, towels, sunglasses. I am ordering the kids a Carlos cake & the soda plan so I will not need water bottles as I will get the NCL cups with that. I was planning on either setting it up in the room when we are all brought up to the courtyard for lunch on embarkation day or later on when we go see the le cirque show (I have seen it multiple times so I would run back up to the room then).

Any other suggestions? This is our first real family cruise and I want it to be extra special.

Thanks!

I'd probably rethink the towel. We can take NCL towels on excursions and magically get clean ones on return. Bringing those are a lot of bulk for no real practical purpose.

Tweens and teens love snack food so gum, candy, popcorn, etc. would be enjoyed. A deck of cards, puzzle books or something they can do in quiet time or perhaps out on the balcony together would be cool. My family enjoys dominoes, UNO, etc.

I'm brining my 13yo nephew with us, perhaps I'll borrow your idea and build one for him too, thanks! My mother is also coming so I'll probably need one for her too...lol.

For the 13 year old girl: throw in some flavored lip balm/ chap stick and some little lotions for après beach. Also some sparkly barrettes or hair combs- all the teens seem to wear them now. Mini nail polish and nail polish remover pads.

You are a great auntie!!!

You say your brothers kids, I think you need some special paper work if they are not your kids, just a heads up.

It's the whole family, I have the H6 with the BC connector. I did take the 3 older kids on the 2 nighter last month and we went to check out the suite after the occupants got off, the boys already claimed the living room couch for themselves lol.

Glow sticks for the glow party? (I'm assuming you're on Breakaway.)

I didn't think of the glow sticks, I don't think I have to worry about the snacks since I am in a suite and they can bring us anything, a deck of cards is a good idea (Emily wanted to play last month but they did not sell them in the store and the casino shreds all the old decks).

This trip is my mom, brother, sister in law, me and the 4 kids. I received 2 $25 promo chips from the casino last week so I am giving 1 to brother, 1 to his wife. I don't know what to give my mom but she was just looking at a beach coverup that I think I will order for her.

Your nephew will love it, it just makes everything more special when they walk in the room and get surprised. I spoil them so much I think they would be surprised if I didn't do something like that lol.

My 14 year old said he loves to do " Mad Libs" - you could get a couple pads of those for down time.

Great idea, she loves the burts bees stuff and I saw a gift package at target yesterday. She also loves the del sol nail polish (I got her hooked on those) they usually have that onboard but if not I can always pick that up for her in Bermuda.

Wow mad libs, haven't seen those in a loooooong time, I don't even know where I could get those anymore (outside of online).

For our WDW trip we found great options for glow items at these stores. I bought glowsticks, bracelets, necklaces all for $1 or less. I like browsing Dollar Tree for items. You'll find the hair items form the girl, cards, puzzle books, etch. I buy the disposable rain ponchos there, easy to toss in the bag and so cheap you don't mind tossing after use.
