Parking at the Tampa port

I have done a search for this but it came up blank. Is there Port parking or do you have to park off port premises? If off, where do you recommend close to the port-not at a motel/hotel? And what are charges?

There is a parking garage right next to the port.

The parking garage is $15 per night or $105 for a 7 night cruise. It is right across the street from the terminal.

Not a far walk, less than 5 minutes for us,once on ground level from the parking garage elevator to get inside the Terminal.

We have used Parking doctors. They were very helpful and both drop-off and pick-up were fast. Would use them again.

The Port of Tampa also has Valet parking which is $20 per day and is worth every penny.

I've cruised out of Tampa many times, and it's probably one of the easiest parking-get-to-the-port arrangements there is.

 

The parking garage entrance is well marked - maybe two blocks at most from the port terminal. Once you're parked, it might take you all of 3 minutes to go from the parking garage to the terminal.

 

In fact, the garage is so convenient, we don't even drop off our luggage at the terminal anymore, we just park in the garage, wheel it over and check it in with one of the many porters on the sidewalk outside the terminal check-in area.

 

Would that all the cruise ports were this easy, huh? :D:rolleyes:;)

$15 per day....that can be prepaid online. Has both covered and uncovered parking that I believe is first come first serve.

 

Parking is literally across the street from the terminal.
