which cruise line is better...America queen steamboat OR American cruise line?

 

From experience: American Queen....I went on this cruise with ACL and while the cabin was nice and the tours fantastic, there were serious food issues like service, cleanliness, food safety, little things like that. I also was appalled to discover that they had NO first aid kit or person on board when an elderly passenger fell and required stitches! They sent her on foot into town where she went into a pharmacy and HE drove her to a walk in clinic, waited till they were finished with quite a few stitches and then drove her back to the ship! I reviewed the trip for CC. American Queen isn't cheap, but it looks to be a much better run company. IMHO of course.
