We've booked this 16 day river cruise, Moscow to St. Petersburg. It has just been posted on their website http://www.gct.com. Has anyone taken this cruise?

I have friends who took it this year - they were pleased - especially since Viking now own thier ship.

Thanks lizlewis. I see that you have been on a few river cruises. This will be our first. You also have been on Princess a lot. We have been on the Golden, Sun, Royal, Dawn and Pacific. Cruise are great, right?

Just want to bring this up to be active. Anyone going on this cruise? This leaves the USA on 9/6/2006, boarding the Tikhi Don in St. Petersburg and sailing to Moscow. We're taking the extension to Kiev.
