"Premium Coffee" is what exactly...

Trying to choose our beverage package. Premium coffee is coffee from where? Does that just mean we can get a cappuccino after dinner, or can we go to Starbucks? Or are there coffee bars elsewhere? Thanks!

Premium Coffee, is all the cafe areas that are not Starbucks to get a Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso etc. Non-Premium in the basic coffee or tea you get served at meal times.

So Two70, Cafe Promenade etc. are the places to get a hot drink during the day.

Cafe Promenade on Quantum does not have premium coffee (they only have the regular stuff in carafes). To get your premium coffee, you'd go to La Patisserie, which is right across the promenade from the Cafe. They do have Starbucks there, and it IS included in the packages as "premium coffee". Any Starbucks coffees or specialty drinks (frappuccinos etc) from La Patisserie are included, as well as hot chocolate (they have 4 or 5 kinds of gourmet hot cocoa), steamers, blended cremes, chai, and tea from there.

 

Also, Cafe 270 has similar coffee and coffee drinks using a different coffee (i think Seattle's Best) that are included in the packages as "premium coffee."

 

On oasis and allure, the stand-alone starbucks is not included in the packages. however, there is no stand-alone starbucks on quantum, so it's not an issue. :)

Thanks! We were looking at the Royal Replenishment package; we're not soda drinkers, we would have maybe one or two throughout the cruise; but are big coffee drinkers. Trying to decide if a package is worthwhile for us or not. That package says "premium coffees" but we were not sure exactly what that meant! :)
