Flying into Miami with toddler - car seat question?

Hi there, we have cruised many times in the past but this will be our first cruise with our son, who is 15 months old. He has been in a bigger car seat for a few months now (not the easy-to-carry infant ones) as he is 30 lbs and 30 inches tall. I am really hesitant to bring our big carseat along (we're flying in from Toronto.) It's time consuming to install in a car and would take quite some time.

The only car trips needed are: airport to hotel (day before cruise), hotel to miami cruise port, and cruise port back to airport. I just don't love the idea of bringing the car seat along because then we'll have to drag it along on the ship, and it seems like such a giant pain.

Our hotel also doesn't appear to have a shuttle service to/from the airport.

Can anyone recommend a specific company they may be aware of in miami that will come pick you up from the airport or for the cruise port that would provide a carseat? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!!! :)
