Has NCL and AAA buried the hatchet?

We used to get reports of AAA bad mouthing NCL(go somewhere else). I haven't seen any recently and the current issue of the local AAA magazine prominently mentions NCL and NCL is sponsoring a local get together too. so maybe they buried the hatchet which means that NCL and AAA have come to some accommodation.

Since I'm a AAA member, I visited a branch over Christmas to see if it would help to transfer my booking over to them. The agent was not interested at all, said she would be no help, and W AS does not work with NCL. After that, I found a great TA who does.
