Tempature/Clothes to Bring to the Baltic

We are going on a Radisson Voyager Baltic cruise the 20th of August. Does anyone know what kind of temperatures we should expect? Do we need to bring long sleeved shirts. Is a medium weight jacket too much or too little? I don't plan to bring shorts, but thought I would bring capris and long pants, with short sleeve tops. Will that be sufficient? Any opinions are welcome.

We're going on the Baltic Cruise the end of the week. From my research, take clothes you can layer. You may be in a heat wave or it could be cold and rainy. I'm taking long pants, capris and a pair of shorts. Also a windbreaker and sweather. It is hard to pack for because you just never know what the weather will be.
