What have you asked the concierge to do for you?

Recommended Posts

We have used the concierge for all the usual things listed above, plus printing boarding passes and arranging luggage valet.

My most unusual request was to plan a Burial at Sea for my brother. The concierge escorted us to the main customer service area, where we were met by an officer and 2 security people. They took us through the private areas of the ship to a small balcony where we scattered the ashes. The next day, the concierge delivered a beautiful certificate of burial at sea, listing the ship, my brother's name, dates of birth and death, and the latitude and longitude of the burial.

It was really a nice way to send him off from a ship he had previously cruised(Freedom of the Seas)

Thanks again to the people at Royal who made this happen.

Bridge tour, galley tour, replacing lost seapasses, booking sold out excursions, unknown charge on our bill, cabanas, dining reservations / change dining times.

Just wondering what the cost is for the tour and if you had to be Diamond category?

This has been interesting! The last time I had a suite it was NCL and we had both a butler and a concierge. I didnt' know what I would "ever use a butler for"...yes I did say it before the cruise. Maurice was able to get us room service on the first night when there wasn't any, set up specialty dining, showed us how to use our in room cappuccino machine, Conciege Alex booked us a last minute parasail while we were eating breakfast at a little seaside cafe. With NCL in a suite you are able to take a cell phone into port or use around the ship. I was truly and royally spoiled and loved every minute.

Our next suite coming up on Adventure!
