What Restaurants are Open on Embarkation Day on Epic

Going to be on The Epic May 10 and was wondering if any of the restaurants will be open before sail away. I have not cruised on NCL in a while so I don't know if just the buffet will be open. Anyone out there know? We bought the UDP and would love to eat in one of those restaurants so we can get our moneys worth (lol).

If you are asking if any of the upscale eateries(those you usually have to pay more for) are opened for lunch then the answer is zero. They are only opened for dinners. Usually one of the regular dining rooms are opened for lunch as well as the buffet areas. We will be on the Epic right before you (transatlantic trip)!!!!
