Residence Inn Coconut Grove

Anyone ever stay here? I figure it is your basic Residence Inn. I chose it so I can do my laundry after the cruise...and I have a free night to use at teh Wyndham CG so I figure I may as well stay in the area. Anything within walking distance?

Great choice! Everythings within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, museums.

You can shop and dine at CoCoWalk http://www.southflorida.com/attractions/18495,0,1897797.venue take in a play at the historic Coconut Grove Playhouse http://www.cgplayhouse.com/ visit the Barnicle Historic State Park on the bay http://www.floridastateparks.org/thebarnacle/default.cfm.

 

Coconut Grove is definately a "walking" town. Enjoy.;)

ps ~ the Cape May ~ Lewes Ferry was one of my all time favorite cruises.

funny you've been on the ferry....we just did it again in july! got the newest boat....it's really nice, but drn, the first few minutes...i felt a little nauseous! go figure...guess it wasn't big enough....or maybe it was the frozen thinggie....i figure, it's a ship right?? the RULES say you must have a frozen thinggie on EVERY ship, don't they???
