Adding more guests in cabin

I booked a 7 day Ncl Escape cruise for me and my wife, can I add her sister to it for free (it's under the promo) or is it time of booking only?

I would suggest calling in to ask, if not just make a new booking via telephone under the existing promo, that way no need to wait for a refund and you can keep your current room

You are obviously outside of the final payment window so you can cancel, rebook under the promo without penalty and keep your cabin

 

But first check prices-may be cheaper just to add the SIL if the cost for you and your wife has gone up since you booked.
