Excursion site issues?

I'm trying to book an excursion for Aruba and it says not available for purchase for my daughter (20months) although it says no minimum age and gives a children rate. Any ideas?

I would guess you do not actually need to book the excursion for anyone that young. This is from Carnival's terms and conditions:

 

"Guests 4 years of age and older pay the same price as adults. Children under the age of 3 will not be charged if seated on the lap of an adult Guest."

 

Of course, I'm just speculating, so I would call Carnival and get confirmation. Hope that helps!:)
