DevonianCruiser Posted March 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2015 Just looking at a 3 night on Epic and considering a haven suite compared to a mini suite. £300 compared to £600 a person. I'm not so concerned about the cost, I'm just wondering if it's actually worth it for 3 nights taking into account the following: The two days are both in ports so we'll be off the ship. I'm platinum so I get a few perks like concierge, wine, le bistro etc. I had two weeks in a suite last summer on Jade and loved it, especially Cagneys, so just wonder what people's thoughts were based on the above. Would I miss the suite if I didn't book it? Or would I think I've paid for something I've not used? Thanks.

Carnac767 Posted March 18, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2015 To me it's completely worth it, but that's just a matter of personal preference.
monkeybone Posted March 18, 2015 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2015 If cost is of no concern..Absolutely Go with the Haven. The Epic Haven is amazing and the restaurant is great for breakfast. I think you will use it more than you think for the 3 days. Because you have been spoiled with the Haven you will most likely miss it.
redgrave Posted March 18, 2015 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2015 Just remember being a platinum member entitles you to a ship pin and onboard discounts on all ships. All other benefits are available on sailing's 5 days or longer. So no free Le Bistro or bottle of wine on that 3 day cruise.

Haven is looking favourable now
