Free wifi in ports

Does anyone know if there are places near where the ship docks in each port that would have free wifi?

Follow the crew. You will see in the ship port a group of the crew stood there with their devices. This is the free hotspot area.

Other than these, seek out pubs and restaurants. Mcdonalds and starbucks always have wifi free for an hour.

Generally we watch for places the crew congregates outside the ship. Generally that's where you will find free wifi. Sometimes public libraries provide free wifi also.
