Jade spa pass questions

We will be on the Jade 14 night med in a few weeks. I have the cruise booked as two separate 7nt vs one 14 nt.

From what I gather a 7night pass on the Jade is $119 per person and couples passes for $199 are no longer available?

There are three of us and I'm wondering if anyone knows if I'll need to purchase each leg seperately, so $240 pp, or if I might be able to get some sort of discount purchasing as a two week pass even though its two seperate cruises?

Also is there an 18% gratuity added on the pass?
