Thank you in advance We're in the GV's on the Gem and just heard about this a little while ago. We're thinking about maybe doing this as well. I would think you'd talk to your Butler in advance, giving him/her enough time to plan it....but I really am just guessing here. Also, wondering if it would be considered room service or would be covered under the UDP LOL After all, a BBQ in the Haven would be the Ultimate Dining! toyotaford Posted March 27, 2015 #6 Share Posted March 27, 2015 (edited) I know 14500 has a bbq does 14000 have one as well? If so, how do we request a bbq party? Thank you in advance Neither villa has a BBQ pit. They bring it in. I called the pre concierge number and told them what I wanted to do and they had the events coordinator for the Dawn contact me via email. I did this a couple of months before our trip both times we did it. The staff starts coming in about 3 or 4 hours before your event and setting up. They do an awesome job and if the weather cooperates it makes a great sail away party. Edited March 27, 2015 by toyotaford
