Hello,

I need help to understand the Carnival Offer. When I booked my cruise, I did not notice that what's Carnival offer to me, I just completed all the ?? that prompted me during the booking time on Carnival.com, such as VIFP#, State Resident and 55+, thought that by answering all the questions, I will get the best rate. Now, I noticed Carnival offer Fun Select Rate PLUS $50 on board credit for the same cruise, date and booking period I have.

I called Carnival, by calls were routed to the same rep that keep telling me that I already got a good rate without looking at my booking.

I understood that the On Board Credit will show on the cruise document, how about the $450 Fun Selected Rate should show on the cruise document too?
