Samba

Recommended Posts

Our family ate at the Samba Grill last October on the Allure. We really enjoyed it. Here is the menu as of then:

Picanha - prime cut of top sirloin

Fraldinha - Tender & juicy bottom sirloin

Frango - Tender Chicken breat wrapped in bacon

Beef Tenderloin - most tender cut of beef, slowly roasted

Cordeiro - Grilled lamb chops

Costela - fall off the bone, juicy beef ribs

Alcarta - cut from the top sirloin and full of flavor

Lombo - Parmesan cheese and herb crusted pork loin

Linguica - Brazilian style cured pork sausage

The gaucho's bring all of these meats out on skewers and carve for you.

Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
