Deck 7 or 10 of RCCL Navigator?

Hey cruisers:

I've never been on a cruise, and my travel agent booked a D1 balcony for me on Deck 7. Now I have lots of friends going, and they all have a D1 on Deck 10. I don't mind being seperated, but I do want to know if they have a better location! I really want a great balcony room, and am hoping to be able to move up to a Jr. Suite if one becomes available. So: Deck 7 or Deck 10?
