Drink tickets

I cruised MSC back in September in the Caribbean. We are looking at maybe booking MSC for Europe next year. Does anyone know if they do offer the 15 drink tickets on those cruises as well. I noticed on their site they have an option for higher categories with all you can drink packages but we don't want to spend that sort of money on top of airfare. I really liked the drink tickets so I am hoping they are still an option if we go with them
