RCL Navigator - what time can I expect to be off the ship in GC?

We are sailing to GC on RCL Navigator. We are booking an independent tour so will have to take a tender after all the ship excursions depart. Any idea what time we can expect to be off the ship?

Any suggestion for what time we need to get in line for the tender? I don't want to be there at 7 a.m. and then wait 2 hrs for a tender while the ship excursions depart. If I don't have to that is.....

Thanks.
