Error message on website when trying to pay deposit

Hi,

 

I have been having a problem since yesterday - I placed a courtesy hold on a Harmony Med cruise and now when I go online to try to pay our deposit I keep on getting the error message:

 

Error: Sorry, the information you requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

 

This message comes right after I enter the details for the other passengers in my booking.

 

Anyone ever have this issue? Any idea what could be causing it?

I would call them, I have no faith in their website when it comes to paying for a deposit or making a payment on a cruise

 

I'll second this and add to make sure you get an emailed invoice minutes after you hang-up. If not, call them back and ask for it.

I agree I have tons of stuff I print off for each time, I make a payment. Pretty much the only time I use my home printer is for cruise related stuff. I want record of everything
