Thank you Guatemala

Recommended Posts

I've read quite a bit of negative comments about having to deal with Royal Caribbean's Guatemala call centre after they laid off staff in the U.K and outsourced to over seas. Therefore I was a little dubious when I had to call for help with changes on my booking.

I spent nearly an hour on the phone to reference Oscar yesterday changing cabin categories and moving from one stateroom for 4 adults to two interconnecting rooms with two adults in each. I also had to do a name change as my daughter had fallen out with her friend and I needed to replace the friend with my eldest daughter.

Oscar was brilliant. Really chatty and helpful. I even stayed on the line and filled in the guest survey at the end!

So thank you Oscar and well done Royal Caribbean and Guatemala for helping me out. I was very impressed.
