How soon to pre-book on Freedom Class

How soon before the cruise can we pre-book dining and shows on Freedom Class ships? We are just a little over 60 days and still can't...

 

The only shows that can be pre booked are the Ice shows and that is only on Freedom and Liberty. For us they opened around 90 days out.

I appreciate usualbeach's reply, as we have finished our first cruise on the Enchantment, and have taken the big leap booking a full year ahead to the March break on the Freedom! Can't wait!

Hi Diane, congrats on booking the Freedom, you will love her. We have friends who are booked on her for that week.

 

We just booked her for a 6 day pre Christmas cruise Dec 2016. (the kids are off school the entire week prior to Christmas and this was a great deal.

We are booked for July 12 and made our dinner reservations about a week ago. The website was giving me a lot of trouble (big surprise), so I called RCI and spoke to a cruise planner who made all the reservations for me.

I'm able to book dining and I'm 252 days out but my cruise is paid in full

We can book ours and we are 96 days out, I noticed it was open a couple of weeks ago.

We are going in May, less than 50 days out, and booked with about 75 days to go. We could start booking meals right away, but every week or so something has been added to the cruise planner - for instance, last week suddenly registration for a wine tasting appeared, as well as dinner reservations for Sabor. I suggest you check in frequently :)

They may or may not be taking ice show reservations. On our recent cruise, even though we reserved it, they weren't using it anymore. It wasn't a problem getting a seat though(unless you have a large group that has to sit together), there were some empty seats throughout the whole show.

wow seems like no rhyme or reason we sail in sept and last week was able to book my time dining times and could have booked specialty restaurants.

Can anyone tell me about the island seating in the MDR ? I have read something about it on another thread .
