How to request a Pack and Play for child?

How do I request a pack and play be delivered for use by my child? I think he will be too young for sleeping on the sofa and definitely too young for a pullman berth.

Tell your PCC or TA that you need a PnP for your child. They will put it on your reservation and it should be waiting in your room when you board. If it isn't, ask your room steward and it will be taken care of.

We booked our trip through Costco and they called over to NCL to request a crib (pack and play). I didnt see it on our notes so I called to confirm and they do have the note for a pack and play for us.
