Mount Gay Rum Cocktail Tour

My wife and I will be in Barbados on 4/22 and are thinking about doing the Cocktail Tour at Mount Gay Rum.

 

Has anyone ever done that tour before? If so, was it worth it? It sounds like a good time, but $50 a person is on the high side so I wanted to check and see what everyone's thoughts were on the tour.

I will be at Mount Gay also on the day they offer this but I remember a while back on this board there was info from ppl staying in Barbados and not cruising that these parties lasted into the early evening and were not a good fit for cruisers because they have to be back to the ship too early. I'm just going to do the reg tour and get a rum drink and then spend time on the beach. Maybe you could send them an email or look for some older posts
