redflag216 Posted April 7, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2015 We are in a 2B cabin, which X's website states as a Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom Veranda. Is this cabin any different than a standard veranda stateroom? It doesn't seem like it, but I am just a tad confused on how they title the cabin... CathyCruises Posted April 7, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Nope, it's just a regular balcony cabin. They use deluxe indiscriminately.
Mimajo Posted April 9, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2015 It usually has to do with location.
miched Posted April 9, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2015 Many years ago in a contract law class our professor would often joke about some wording. He would say now here is a $25 word that you need to learn and use, sarcastically referring to some word that when used by a lawyer they could and would charge $25 extra on your bill. Same as on the dinner menus, many superlatives to discribe a entree to make it appear as if it were something special. happy cruising. 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌞
