Price drop question

If your category is sold out how do you know if went down $400 per person?

 

But to answer the question in general after final payment is made the cruise line is not obligated to do anything for price drops but will usually offer and upgrade or obc for part of the difference.

Well i still see the price for the balcony staterooms and the cruise is in November so I'm not at final payment yet

Yes, you should be fine. You may lose any booking options you had though as it's considered a rebook.
