NCL has them on their website. Just use the search tool. Or you know, google works.

If it is less than 90 days until your cruise, you can just log in to MyNCL (link on the top to the right on most NCL-pages), choose to view the reservation in question (if you have more than one), and then choose "Explore and Plan"/Dining. The specialty restaurants will then be listed, and to get access to the sample menus you just have to choose "More details".

PS: The specialty menus used to be available on ncl.com (under information about each ship, with a "What's on board"-link), but that has not been the case regarding sample menus since NCL changed their webpage a while ago.

(Seeing your profiled sail dates) All the Cagney's are supposed to be getting a new 'enhance' menu soon - part of the NEXT program upgrade being mentioned & often as quoted by NCL source here on CC, should be in place by beginning of July - the current one will give you some ideas of what to expect ... some of the Asian dining are going to be free, etc.

Most of the menus used to show up in the ship's specialty dining section under "What's on Board?" , but I guess they're updating it with new language and/or items.
