Best way to get to Melia with small children

Hi! Just wondering what the best way to get to Melia is with small children (4 year old and 1 year old DDs). Is Jitney #10 safe to take with young children? Is there a better option? Obviously we will not have car seats, anyone know what their laws are for that?

we went with kids that age. Took a taxi to get there because we were kind of confused by things at the port. We took a bus back and it was fine.

So did the kids just sit on your lap in the taxi and bus? No issues?

yes it was fine. They both passed out on the way back.
