Early Saver Help

I have two cruises booked one on the Splendor 9/6/15 and the other on the Pride 2/14/16. I booked the early saver rate and I'm having an issue receiving the rate reductions. I know I'm supposed to fill out the form but every time I do I never hear back from carnival within the 2 day time period. I'll submit it again and still NOTHING! So for my splendor cruise I called and get the same run around telling me nothing they can do...submit the form. Finally I got so fed up with missing reductions that they finally put my through to a manger who updated my booking for me. (after HOURS on the phone)

 

So now I have a reduction on the pride cruise granted only 10 bucks but I'll take it plus the $50 promotional OBC. I filled out the form and I will play the waiting game.

 

What am I doing wrong? Wish I could just call Carnival like before and get the reduction. Any tips.

 

Side items....booked cruise myself, no TA, no PVP.

Did you check your Spam folder for the return emails from Carnival?

 

Did you fill out every line on the form?
