Dinner Magic shows

My sister was on the Sensation last fall and said there was a magician in the dining room most evenings. Is this the norm on all Carnival ships? We will be on the Elation this fall with several children who would love it.

Sorry I can't answer about other ships but we greatly enjoyed the magician on the Magic last April. He also entertained us when we did the Chef's Table (wonderful food). We will be on the Magic again in August and would love to know if he is still there if anyone knows?

I have seen the table magicians on a few cruises but not many. Seems to be mostly during the summer when there are more young people on board.

They seem to be on all the ships but for some reason dont always come to our table. On two weeks Pride cruise he was excellent but came over once and never even say him in DR for the rest of the cruise.

Whe saw the table magician in the dining room when we had assigned dining, but not in the anytime dining room.

We've seen them on several cruises. Every once in a while you can catch an unannounced magic show.

We've enjoyed Shaw on the Inspiration and Ellis on the Miracle.

There was a magician in the dining room on several nights on the Elation. We sailed March 26, 2015.

In twenty cruises, I've only seen the magician once, and that was when we attended the Chef's Table. I've never seen them in the dining rooms.

The magician on the Pride last year (August 2014) was amazing. i think his name was Elton.

I have seen a magician in the dining room (and Chef's Table) on all my Carnival cruises. Some have been better than others, but it is always fun to watch. We had on on our New Years Eve cruise last year, so it is not just a summer thing.

Yes! He told the kids to yell "we want magic" if they wanted him to come to their table...he must have worked hours and hours every night because he came to our table at least three times, remembered what he'd done the time before and always left us amazed. Great guy.
