Does anyone know for sure that these cruise discounts after final payment do not effect my TA's commission??

 

FYI Everyone, celebrity confirmed in writing that any leftover obc from my visa would go back to my visa in cash :)

 

My TA says that it has never affected his commission.

 

Celebrity is taking nothing from the cash side of the ledger sheet to cover the payment. It is all coming from Visa, which is already paying Celebrity to handle the Branded card. Hence it does not lower what you or the TA paid for your cabin. That is what would effect his commish!

Wasn't working over the weekend. But, today all my points showed and I was able to get the cruise discount and onboard credit I wanted following the online steps posted above. Got a confirmation. Should show on my acct in a couple of days.

You sure do. Much more help then Celebrity by phone, lol! And, my $300 award from spending enough money on my new visa in the 1st 3 months, came off my cc too!
