Hi I was wondering if any has used the iconcierge app on the Breakaway? I Was just curious how the texting feature was and if it worked well? Thanks

I downloaded the iconcierge app for my cruise next month and am looking forward to using it onboard.

 

A couple of questions.

1. Several times throughout the day, I get a message on my iphone saying it has disconnected from Norwegian wifi. Is there any way to avoid these messages when not on board a Norwegian ship?

2. How does the .79 center per minute phone call work? Are there restrictions on the type or location of the number called.

3. How do I delete the app from my phone after my cruise is over?
