Pre-Purchase Cheers?

I'm sailing on the Sunshine with my BF and we are planning on buying the Cheers package. I'm just wondering, can you pre-purchase the program online before sailing? I just think it would be easier that way.

Unfortunately, no, you cannot buy it in advance:mad:

However, once you get on board, you can go to ANY of the bars to purchase it, and they will also have tables set up for purchase, as well.

I didn't think so but I just read something here on CC that made it sound like you could so I thought I'd ask. You can buy it at any bar onboard? That's great!! :D For some reason, I thought you could only buy it at one of the bars on Lido, the tables set up for it on Lido, or at the Casino bar.

This is the post I read that made it sound like you could pre-purchase Cheers. I assume it's from the Carnival website (sounds like it).

Can I use my Cruise Cash Bar credit on Bottomless Bubbles, wine packages or the CHEERS program?

 

Cruise Cash products are onboard credits so anything purchased onboard can potentially be offset by a Cruise Cash product. This is important to note you can purchase Bottomless Bubbles and wine packages pre-cruise, in which case, the Cruise Cash Bar credit will not help offset the cost. However, Bottomless Bubbles, wine packages or the CHEERS program are bar department items, so if they are purchased aboard, you can use your Cruise Cash bar credit toward those items.

We boarded and the Lobby Bar wasn't open yet, but we were able to buy Cheers at the Casino Bar.

You also have the option of purchasing it on the first or second day of your cruise (double check this once you are onboard, I don't think this applies to shorter cruises); we decided that there was no way we would drink $100 worth of drinks between the two of us on embarkation day....so we waited until the 2nd day and saved ourselves a bit of $$
