bigjoe001 Posted May 3, 2015 #26 Share Posted May 3, 2015 Funnily enough just been looking at how to get to Dalmeny Station. Will use the train, as my 'English Bus Pass' isn't valid. Taken a note of the Hawes Inn, will be in for a pint of Heavy before the tender trip - it would be illmannered not to! Great Pics, hope to take a couple myself. Many Thanks :) Joe P&O - Aurora x2 / Oceana x 6 / Azura x4 / Adonia (Sea Princ) x 2 Princess - Elite Holland America / Carnival / Royal Carib etc............. bigeck Posted March 20, 2018 Author #29 Share Posted March 20, 2018 We loved walking Queensferry, loved the “Ferry Tap Pub” friendly place with excellent Fish and Chips:) I like South Queensferry. Everyone bypasses it and heads into Edinburgh. Harry Ramsdens has opened just up the road a bit from the Hawes. They are a Fish & Chip restaurant. We also have a new road bridge called the Queensferry crossing.
