I have seen this beach mentioned on the description of a shore excursion and on another message board. Has anyone on this board been there?

Yes, Sea Grape Beach is part of 7 mile beach. They offer an open air restaurant and bar, equipment rentals (including chairs) and restrooms. It is free to enter and free to sit on your towel instead of a chair. The food is pretty high priced, as it is all over the island.
