cancellation policy- pre booked UBP

I cannot find this on the NCL website. We are not eligible for a free UBP on our cruise and think we want to get it just so we don't have to think about it. Anyone know what the cancellation policy is? I read all the fine print on the check out screen, it talks about canceling just about everything else but not this. If I book it now (to lock in the price) and decide later I don't want it, up to when can I cancel without penalty?
