Medical Emergency Onboard Navigator

Why would you expect the ship to be responsible for you if you get sick and have to leave the ship. When they sold you a ticket to ride their ship, I don't believe they took you to raise. I mean after all we are adults!!

Reading this thread was very enjoyable. A perfect example of those that always look for the worse in everything and those who always look for the best in everything. Where did the common sense go?

 

In the case of a medical emergency, the ship is either going to head for the nearest accessible port with adequate medical facilities or toward a helicopter that is coming to pick up the patient. And as far as who is paying for it, guess who. That is the main reason to have travel insurance. Medical evacuation is not cheap.
